Direct Support Professional

The Arc of the St. Johns is hiring compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our Adult Day Training Program and Residential Services. As a DSP, you'll help individuals build independence, develop life skills, engage in meaningful community activities, and live fulfilling lives while working alongside a supportive, mission-driven team.

Compensation:

• Adult Day Training (ADT): $16.00+/hour
• Residential Services: $17.00+/hour
