Join the Women with Vision Council luncheon to hear our panel of experts discuss several topics about promoting all aspects of health and wellness at home and in the workplace. 

Speakers include:

Paige Stanton
Executive Director of UF Health St. Johns Care Connect 

As Executive Director of UF Health St. Johns Care Connect, Paige has led one of the nation's most innovative programs to improve community health and wellbeing by addressing social and environmental factors. Passionate about driving social change through awareness and education, Paige has been instrumental in the development and growth of UF Health St. Johns Care Connect, a social health organization with a network of over 180 community-based organizations.

She developed and launched BRAVE (Be Resilient and Voice Emotions), an innovative youth behavioral health program serving over 300,000 students across Northeast Florida, resulting in a 66% decrease in appointment wait time and a 160% increase in access to behavioral health services. Paige has also built and maintained strategic partnerships with The PLAYERS Championship, local government, and LSF, securing over four million dollars in gifts and grants to support long-term programming.


Meg Zabijaka
Partner, Constangy, Brooks, Smith and Prophete

Meg values the opportunity to partner with clients to explore solutions to workplace issues, in both non-union and unionized workplaces. She strives to create long-term business relationships with clients to become an effective and efficient business partner. Should an administrative charge or litigation develop, Meg vigorously defends employers. Specific areas of her employment law practice include the defense of discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, and assistance with FLSA, FMLA, and USERRA issues.

Meg also devotes a large portion of her practice to traditional labor matters, in both the public and private sectors, including collective bargaining negotiations, grievance arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings. Meg also provides training, policy/employee handbook review, and employment practices audits.
