Freedom Boat Club of Northeast Florida Adds New Hurricane Boats to its Jacksonville Beach Fleet

The new versatile vessels offer members comfort, performance and upgraded features to enhance the boating experience

Jacksonville, Fla., Oct. 8, 2025 – Freedom Boat Club (FBC) of Northeast Florida is making its Jacksonville Beach location even more inviting for members by adding 10 brand new Hurricane boats to its fleet. The new Hurricane SunSport 2050 deck boats offer members a luxurious option with upgraded features that make boating freedom even easier. Combined with Freedom Boat Club’s concierge service, these new boats enhance the boat club membership. 

“Our members are going to love these new boats at our Jacksonville Beach location that will make boarding on the dock and on the sandbar even easier,” said Lisa Almeida, co-owner of FBC of Northeast Florida. “These boats offer a much more friendly seating arrangement to allow for optimal entertainment, and they come in some really fun colors. It’s just another perk of being a Freedom Boat Club member.”

The Hurricane SunSport 2050 makes it easier for members to get on and off the boat with a bigger platform on the transom and a step on the cushion. The ladders are also more robust and bigger, making boarding simpler. It has a spacious layout which is much more friendly for riders, and the chairs can move back and forth to allow for sitting up or lounging. The storage on board is also increased.

The new boats at FBC Jacksonville Beach have new colors on the hull. Members can enjoy grey, seafoam green, purple, Bahama blue and blue/grey hulls making them distinctive and eye catching when out on the water enjoying the Intracoastal Waterway, the St. Johns River, the Fort George Sandbar, and the waterfront landmarks along the way.

FBC of Northeast Florida’s Jacksonville Beach location is at Beach Marine at 2315 Beach Blvd. and is also the location of the franchise headquarters.
