Position Overview

As a Front Desk & Customer Experience Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll help manage daily operations, answer questions, keep the facility running smoothly, and play a key role in building the welcoming, inclusive culture Old Coast Pickleball is known for.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends, and opportunities for growth, including the option to become pickleball-certified to teach.

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude

Answer phones, respond to questions, and assist with reservations and check-ins

Learn and use CourtReserve to support daily operations (training provided)

Assist with opening and closing the facility

Support day-to-day club operations and events

Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including:

• Pickleball courts

• Bathrooms

• Common areasHelp foster a positive, inclusive, and community-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

Customer service or front desk experience preferred (but not required)

Passion for creating culture and community

Loves working with people and being part of a team

Enthusiasm for pickleball (playing experience is a plus!)

Willingness to learn new systems and processes

Dependable, responsible, and proactive

Comfortable working days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
