Today's students are tomorrow's talent. That's the message behind a new push from Career and Technical Education of St. Johns County, which is inviting local businesses to partner with students preparing for real careers.

CTE students across the district are seeking mentorship, workplace tours, guest speaking opportunities and internships. Program leaders say these experiences do more than teach a skill. They build the workforce St. Johns County will need for years to come.

Ways to Get Involved

Businesses interested in partnering with CTE have several options, each suited to different levels of time and commitment.

Join an advisory board. Share your industry expertise and help guide curriculum so students learn the skills employers actually need.

Host summer internship students. Give motivated CTE students hands-on experience that bridges classroom learning with real-world application, while building your own future talent pipeline.

Be a guest speaker. Share your career journey and industry trends directly with students in the classroom.

Explore sponsorship opportunities. Sponsorships support program growth and student success, while showcasing your company as a leader in workforce development.
