I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida. I have 7 years of experience working with children, adults, couples, and families facing a myriad of challenges, experiencing an array of symptoms, various diagnoses, and co-occurring disorders. Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, I provide individualized care that empowers my clients to achieve their identified goals, adaptively cope with stressors, break free from negative cycles, reduce inflexibility and resistance to change, and foster positive, healthy communication!
