Host a Chamber Before Hours or Chamber After Hours! 

Chamber Before Hours is St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce's premiere morning networking program, designed to help members jumpstart their day with fresh connections and business opportunities. Hosts have the opportunity to showcase their business to the community to connect with potential customers and referral sources.

Chamber After Hours provides a relaxed and engaging environment for building valuable relationships, exchanging ideas and expanding your network. Hosts have the opportunity to showcase their business to the community to connect with potential customers and referral sources.

Choose a date, fill out the required information, pay the hosting fee, and you'll be all set!  A Chamber staff member will contact you to confirm your date and details before the event is listed on the Chamber calendar. If one of these dates does not align with your schedule, please contract Irene at irene.rhine@sjcchamber.com and we'll find a different date.

Please consider choosing a date at least 4-6 weeks in the future to allow adequate time for promotion and visibility.

Host/sponsor responsibilities:

• Provide appetizers and beverages (e.g., beer/wine, soda, tea, water) for attendees.
• Give brief (10-15 minutes) introduction to business.
• Provide promotional material to attendees, if desired.
• Provide any audio/visual equipment, decorations and/or display items.
• Provide information to Chamber about planned product/service demonstrations, facility tours, or other activities to support event promotion.

The Chamber will:

• Post event on Chamber calendar.
• Create Facebook Event and add hosting business page as co-host.
  • Paid boost included for maximum of two (2) weeks.
• Advertise to all members and subscribers in Chamber social media and email newsletters.
• Invite Chamber Ambassadors, boards and council leads to attend.
• Share post-event photo(s) and information on Chamber social media.

Information and photo(s) may be shared with local media outlets.
