Chamber After Hours Host

Chamber After Hours provides a relaxed and engaging environment for building valuable relationships, exchanging ideas and expanding your network. Hosts have the opportunity to showcase their business to the community to connect with potential customers and referral sources.

After Hours are typically held the third and fourth Wednesday of each month from 5:30-7 p.m. Choose your preferred date, complete the required information and enter your payment information; Chamber staff will be in touch to complete scheduling.

Please let us know your goals for the event, such as networking, business exposure or new clients/customers. You can also share your plans for the event, such as demonstrating your products/services or offering a discount or special deal to attendees.

Chamber After Hours occurs at the sponsor’s place of business or other agreed upon location, typically from 5:30-7 p.m. Cost to host is $450; the event will be free to attend for Chamber members and non-members.

Host/sponsor responsibilities:

Provide hors d'oeuvres and beverages (e.g., beer/wine, soda, tea, water) for attendees.
Give brief (10-15 minutes) introduction to business.
Provide promotional material to attendees, if desired.
Provide any audio/visual equipment, decorations and/or display items.
Provide information to Chamber about planned product/service demonstrations, facility tours, or other activities to support event promotion.

The Chamber will:

Post event on Chamber calendar.
Advertise to all members and subscribers in Chamber social media and email newsletters.
Invite Chamber Ambassadors, boards and council leads to attend.
Share post-event photo(s) and information on Chamber social media.

Information and photo(s) may be shared with local media outlets.

The Chamber and host/sponsor agree to maintain quality and integrity of the program. The Chamber and host/sponsor agree to hold in confidence all provisions and terms of this agreement.
