Chamber Before Hours Host

Chamber Before Hours is St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce's premiere morning networking program, designed to help members jumpstart their day with fresh connections and business opportunities. Hosts have the opportunity to showcase their business to the community to connect with potential customers and referral sources.

Before Hours are typically held the first and second Wednesday of each month from 8-9 a.m. Choose your preferred date, complete the required information and enter your payment information; Chamber staff will be in touch to complete scheduling.

What would you like to get out of hosting a Chamber Before Hours? *

Please let us know your goals for the event, such as networking, business exposure or new clients/customers. You can also share your plans for the event, such as demonstrating your products/services or offering a discount or special deal to attendees.

Chamber Before Hours occurs at the sponsor’s place of business or other agreed upon location from 8-9 a.m. Cost to host is $300; the event will be free to attend for Chamber members and non-members.

Host/sponsor responsibilities:

Provide a light breakfast and beverages (e.g., coffee, tea, juice, water) for attendees.
Give brief (less than 10 minutes) introduction to business.
Provide promotional material to attendees, if desired.
Provide information to Chamber about planned product/service demonstrations, facility tours, or other activities to support event promotion.

The Chamber will:

Post event on Chamber calendar.
Advertise to all members and subscribers in Chamber social media and email newsletters.
Invite Chamber Ambassadors, boards and council leads to attend.
Share post-event photo(s) and information on Chamber social media.

Information and photo(s) may be shared with local media outlets.

The Chamber and host/sponsor agree to maintain quality and integrity of the program. The Chamber and host/sponsor agree to hold in confidence all provisions and terms of this agreement.
