Join the Women with Vision Council luncheon to hear Sidney Clark, Center Director at Code Ninjas World Golf Village, as our featured speaker who was recently named 2025 Global Center Director of the Year. Sidney will share her insights on customer service excellence and business management, two critical areas for small business success. With an impressive track record of leadership and innovation, Sidney’s journey is both inspiring and practical. Her experience offers valuable takeaways for small business owners looking to grow, improve customer relationships, and build resilient operations

Ms. Clark is the Center Director at Code Ninjas World Golf, where she’s not only grown a thriving program for young coders and innovators but has also made a lasting impact on Northeast Florida’s STEM education landscape.

In March 2025, she was named Center Director of the Year, ranking #1 out of 340 Code Ninjas locations across the U.S., U.K., and Canada. This prestigious award recognizes her outstanding leadership, community impact, and unwavering commitment to excellence. Under Sidney’s direction, Code Ninjas World Golf has achieved record-breaking growth, including a 25% increase in program enrollment, more than doubling camp participation, and maintaining a perfect 100 Net Promoter Score for over a year — a remarkable achievement in customer satisfaction.

Sidney’s influence extends well beyond the dojo. She’s a trailblazer for community partnerships, collaborating with public, private, and homeschool groups, while serving on the advisory board for Beachside High School’s Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences program. She’s also been named Top STEM Educator in Jacksonville by KidsOutAndAbout.com in both 2023 and 2024.

A biologist by training, Sidney seamlessly blends her love for science, technology, and environmental advocacy. She volunteers with Florida Eagle Watch, mentors young women in STEM, and recently helped raise over $20,000 for Wildflower Healthcare through the Leadership St. Johns program.

It’s no wonder Sidney is celebrated for creating a dynamic, inclusive, and future-forward environment for students and educators alike.

Code Ninja now has five (5) locations serving the Northeast Florida.
