Between meetings, meals and a million other things, it’s time to find your balance.

Join the Women with Vision Council Luncheon on November 13, 2025, for a hands-on experience focused on work-life balance and stress relief. This interactive session will help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself and other women who understand what it means to juggle it all.

Dawn Mariotti is an author, speaker, and mindset coach who helps women create lasting change through the power of identity, mindset, and habits. As the author of The Mindset Shift, she inspires women to redefine success, release perfection, and live with more purpose and peace. Dawn’s uplifting approach helps women create lives that feel aligned, authentic, and full of joy.

Kati Lambert is a clinical hypnotherapist, exercise physiologist, educator, and coach with 35 years of professional experience in healthcare and corporate business. She helps people gain freedom from the impact of chronic illness, pain, anxiety, and burnout.

Kati holds a master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science. She also combines her clinical, spiritual, holistic and business expertise with her hypnosis skills as a well-known educator and public speaker.

She also holds specialty certifications in Medical Hypnotherapy, Sexual Freedom Hypnosis®, Hypno-Oncology, IBS Support, PTSD, Sports Performance, and Trauma. Kati is a Fellow of The American College of Healthcare Executives, and a member of the International Medical and Dental Hypnosis Association and Hypnosis Education Association.
