It's not enough to talk about women in leadership — AdventHealth has created a pathway to create new women leaders.

In this Learning from Leaders session, hear from Audrey Gregory, executive vice president and CEO of AdventHeath East Florida Division, and Denyse Bales-Chubb, president and CEO of AdventHealth Flagler/St. Johns, as they share their career paths at Advent Health, where women make up 77% of the workforce, and the unique characteristics that have fueled the elevation of women to senior executive positions, such as traditional mentorships combined with executive level sponsorships. 

Learning from Leaders is an informative series presenting leaders who have the experiences and success to help us all Evolve. 

Proceeds from this event will go to the Community Entrepreneur and Innovation Institute. The Community Entrepreneurship and Innovation Institute is designed to offer no-cost business consulting help to under-represented communities for business ownership and entrepreneurship.
